Job Title: Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech
Location Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, part-time, contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, onsite, hybrid, or remote: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Perform X-ray and radiography procedures as required • Prepare patients for imaging exams, including positioning and positioning assistance • Operate X-ray and radiography equipment, including fluoroscopy and computed tomography (CT) scanners • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including imaging results and patient information
Required Qualifications: • Associate's degree in radiologic technology or related field • Current ARRT (R) certification in radiography • Basic life support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any required department-specific certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in radiology, particularly in X-ray and radiography • Familiarity with fluoroscopy and CT scanning equipment • Excellent communication and patient care skills
