Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location Bismarck, ND Schedule Full-time, Nights Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including high-risk patients • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care • Monitor fetal heart rates and provide interventions as needed • Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed • Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and newborn care Required Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor and Delivery, Post Partum, and Gynecologic nursing • Current certifications in CPR/BLS, ACLS, and NRP • Willingness to float to Neonatal Nursery and NICU units Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with computerized charting systems, such as EPIC • Familiarity with fetal monitoring equipment and other specialized equipment used in Labor and Delivery • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and professional development • Competitive compensation and benefits package
