Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Tuba City, AZ

Schedule: Rotating

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant information • Participate in code blue and code pink responses as needed • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing • Current valid unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, or a territory of the United States • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification from the American Heart Association • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification from the American Heart Association • Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) certification from the American Heart Association • National Institutes of Health (NIH) – NIHSS certification from the American Heart Association • At least 3 years of prior ICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in critical care nursing, including experience with ventilators, dialysis, and other life-sustaining interventions • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare information systems • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
