Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients under the supervision of a licensed therapist. • Assist with patient evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of physical therapy programs. • Conduct exercises and modalities to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses. • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communication with the treating therapist.
Required Qualifications: • Physical therapy assistant certification (CPTA or CPAT) or current enrollment in a CPTA or CPAT program. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Current CPR/AED certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a physical therapy setting or related field. • Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions and their treatment. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
