Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a medical surgical/tele setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Conduct patient assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement evidence-based interventions • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions • Utilize electronic medical records and other technology to document patient information and communicate with healthcare teams
Required Qualifications: • Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License • 18 months of recent Medical Surgical/Tele experience • Current AHA BLS & ACLS certification • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate training completed during orientation
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records and other technology • Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
