Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Columbus, OH
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to labor and delivery patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing procedures as needed • Collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans • Conduct labor and delivery assessments, including fetal monitoring and postpartum evaluations • Educate patients and their families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care, as well as newborn care and breastfeeding techniques
Required Qualifications: • 2 years of labor and delivery experience • Current certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and NCC C-EFM • Advanced skills in IV start and labor and delivery experience • Proficiency in EPIC system
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous travel experience • Experience with previous labor and delivery shifts (3x12's)
