Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy services to patients, including assessments, treatments, and education • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Required Qualifications: • Active Physical Therapist license • Experience in setting up treatment modalities and equipment • Strong assessment and treatment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience with credentialing and quality assurance processes • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
