Job Title Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Location Nashville, TN Schedule / Job Type Full-time, part-time, contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire, onsite, hybrid, or remote Key Responsibilities • Perform basic patient assessments and provide general care to patients with various medical conditions • Maintain patient safety and well-being through wound care, tracheostomy, ostomy, drain, chest tube, stroke, and seizure management • Provide post-operative care for patients undergoing amputations, ostomies, drains, chest tubes, oral surgeries, and wound vacs • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care • Adhere to hospital policies and guidelines, including HAI prevention, fall prevention, and medication scanning Required Qualifications • Current RN license • Ability to perform basic patient assessments and provide general care • Experience with wound care, tracheostomy, ostomy, drain, chest tube, stroke, and seizure management • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Preferred Experience / Skills • Previous experience in medical-surgical nursing • Familiarity with Meditech documentation system • Ability to work night shifts and float to other units as needed Why Join Us • Join a team of experienced and supportive nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and ever-evolving healthcare environment
