Tech - IR/Special Procedures

Job Title: Tech - IR/Special Procedures Location: Dallas, TX Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days Key Responsibilities: • Perform imaging procedures, including special procedures, to ensure high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. • Utilize advanced imaging equipment and technology to capture detailed images of patients. • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to departmental standards and safety protocols. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new procedures and protocols. Required Qualifications: • Grad of an Accredited Program • 1 year of IR Tech experience, preferably in a busy lab • Neuro and Trauma experience preferred • ARRT-R Radiography (ARRT-R) certification • Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) license by the State of Texas Medical Board • ARRT-CI Cardiac-Interventional (ARRT-CI), ARRT-CV Cardiovasc-Inter Rad (ARRT-CV), ARRT-VI Interventional Rad (ARRT-VI) certification within 2 years of hire date Preferred Experience / Skills: • Cross-training across modalities • Experience with advanced imaging equipment and technology • Strong communication and teamwork skills
