Job Title: Registered Nurse - Oncology
Location: Cumming, GA
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in an oncology setting, administering chemotherapy and other treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with cancer. • Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses, reporting any concerns or changes to physicians. • Educate patients and their families on treatment options, side effects, and self-care techniques.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in oncology or a related field. • Current AHA BLS certification. • Chemo certification and ability to administer chemotherapy. • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience with chemotherapy administration and infusion protocols. • Knowledge of cancer treatment options and therapies. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
