Registered Nurse Operating Room

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Location: Alexandria, LA

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care in the operating room setting • Conducts pre-operative assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes • Demonstrates expertise in surgical techniques, anesthesia, and perioperative care • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care • Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing • RN License in state of employment or compact • Current BLS certification • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty (preferred)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience in the operating room setting (preferred) • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
