Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location: Asheville, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting • Assess and manage patients with acute and critical conditions • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and report patient vital signs and status to healthcare providers

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • 2 years’ experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, or high-volume ED (> 100,000 visits) • ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and NIHSS certifications • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide coaching and feedback to colleagues

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience in an emergency department setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
