Registered Nurse Medical Surgical/Tele
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele Location: Greensboro, NC Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical/Tele unit, as needed • Conduct observation of patients with various medical conditions, including respiratory issues, general medical diagnoses, and surgical cases • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of NC • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to pass an EKG exam during onboarding • Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical/Tele nursing, preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a telehealth setting • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs), such as EPIC • Charge RN experience, preferred
