Registered Nurse Psychiatric

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Psychiatric

Location: Antrim, NH

Schedule / Job Type: Nights, with possibility of day shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Residential Treatment Center setting, including administering medications, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. • Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on assigned unit and shift. • Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, and program managers. • Monitor patient acuity, census, and staffing needs, and make arrangements for coverage as needed. • Provide education and support to patients, families, and co-workers on medication usage, common side effects, and patient rights.

Required Qualifications:

• RN license • BLS certification • CPI certification (not offered on-site)

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• 2 years of psychiatric nursing experience in an inpatient setting • Experience working with patients struggling with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) • Knowledge of medication management and administration • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
