Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Location: Roseau, MN

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

· Provides leadership to clinical staff from all households on specific areas of clinical accountability, including infection control, safety, wound management, and other areas determined by the Director of Nursing. · Guides the implementation of clinical policies and procedures that ensure safe, sanitary, and efficient practices supporting professional nursing care standards, including documentation, medication administration, and resident care. · Guides all household clinical staff to support organizational fiscal viability through efficient and effective use of all resources, including maintaining clinical staffing and maintaining staffing patterns consistent with the philosophy, objectives, and availability of resources. · Fosters collaboration, consensus, and negotiation to address problem-solving in the household, ensuring that all clinical policies and procedures are maintained and communicated to all staff as needed.

Required Qualifications:

· Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Minnesota · Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings · Strong leadership and communication skills · Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Experience / Skills:

· Experience with dementia care and person-centered care practices · Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance with facility standards · Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve clinical outcomes · Experience with quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
