Key Responsibilities • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with varying levels of disability • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve cognitive, motor, and adaptive skills • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care • Provide education and training to patients and their families on daily living skills and adaptive strategies • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications • State License Verification • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy • Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) • 1+ year of experience in SNF or related setting
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience working with geriatric or pediatric populations • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
