Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location Franklin, NC

Schedule / Job Type: Nights, Travel, 13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), and Stepdown setting • Participate in code blue responses, vent management, and other high-acuity patient care activities • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Conduct routine assessments, monitor patient progress, and report changes to the healthcare team • Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina • 2+ years of experience in ICU, PCU, or Stepdown setting • ACLS and NIHSS certification • BLS certification • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
