Therapist Occupational Therapist
Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist Location: Rapid City, SD Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve patient goals • Educate patients and families on techniques and strategies for daily living and independence
Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of South Dakota • 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with geriatric or post-acute populations • Knowledge of rehabilitation software and technology • BLS certification and ability to lift 50 pounds
