Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical disabilities and injuries • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to promote recovery and mobility • Conduct physical assessments and provide feedback to patients and healthcare teams • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications:
• State License as a Physical Therapist • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field • Current CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or rehabilitation settings • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and rehabilitation techniques • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
