Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant
Location: Salina, KS
Schedule: Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to address patient needs and goals • Implement occupational therapy interventions, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications: • State license as an occupational therapy assistant (OTA) • Current resume and licensure verification attached • 3 professional references attached • County and federal criminal background checks with clear results • Multi-state and nationwide sex offender searches with clear results • HHS/OIG and GSA searches with clear results • Social Security number trace with clear results • Proof of positive PPD and Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility setting • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
