Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Coventry, RI

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of respiratory disorders • Administer medications and therapies, such as oxygen, positive pressure ventilation, and bronchodilators • Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with healthcare teams • Educate patients and families on respiratory health, disease management, and treatment options

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, or related field • Current certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist-Cardiopulmonary (RRT-CP) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in an acute care or critical care setting • Knowledge of ventilator management and weaning techniques • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
