Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU

Location: Salisbury, MD

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of critically ill patients with diagnoses such as ADRS, Craniotomy, Pneumonia, Hypothermia, Trauma, Sepsis, and STEMI. • Utilize advanced nursing skills to manage complex medical equipment, including computers, ventilators, IV pumps, and other critical care devices. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. • Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and medication therapy.

Required Qualifications: • 2 years of recent critical care experience • Active MD or compact state RN license • Active BLS and ACLS certification from the American Heart Association • CSC certification preferred, but not required

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in a critical care setting, including PCU, CTICU, or ICU • Familiarity with advanced medical equipment, including ventilators and hemodynamic monitors • Strong communication and teamwork skills
