Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of medical-surgical and step-down patients • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications • Current RN licensure in the state of NC • Telemetry competency • Progressive Care experience • BLS and ACLS certifications
Preferred Experience / Skills • Recent progressive care experience • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
