Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: Asheville, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to laboring women and their families • Conduct vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and other medical procedures as needed • Monitor fetal heart rates and perform advanced fetal monitoring • Administer medications and treatments to ensure patient comfort and safety • Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of NC • 2+ years of experience in labor and delivery • NRP certification • BLS/ALS certification • Advanced fetal monitoring skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with high-risk pregnancies and deliveries • Knowledge of newborn care and immediate newborn procedures • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
