Registered Nurse Cardiac Cath Lab/EP - Pediatric
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP - Pediatric Location Richmond, VA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a pediatric cardiac cath lab and EP suite, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for young patients. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, including cardiac catheterization procedures and EP interventions. • Monitor and record patient data, including vital signs, medication administration, and procedure outcomes. • Circulate and scrub as needed, utilizing expertise in pediatric cardiac cath lab and EP procedures. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of VA • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric cardiac cath lab • Experience with pediatric cardiac cath lab and EP procedures • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • ACLS, PALS, and CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with Epic and GE Mac Lab electronic medical records systems • Familiarity with Claris EP software (or equivalent) • Strong communication and teamwork skills
