Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Kodiak, AK
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, variable shifts
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to ensure timely interventions • Engage with patients and families to promote emotional and psychological well-being
Required Qualifications: • Current Alaska RN license • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of Epic charting system • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
