Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location Lexington, KY Schedule / Job Type Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians • Manage complex medical conditions, including multisystem organ dysfunction/failure • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of KY • NIHSS certification • ACLS and BLS certification • 1.5+ years of recent experience in ICU
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Airway management • Ventilation management • Line management (central lines, IV drips) • Dysrhythmia management • Isolation precautions • Triage skills (ER/ER Holding) • Computerized documentation • Strong neuro experience
