Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Lancaster, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Nights, 4x12 shifts, every other weekend, on-call not required
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of SC or Compact licensure • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications • 3 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias • Management of dysrhythmias and other complex patient conditions
