Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Lancaster, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days (7a-7p)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill and injured patients in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes • Manage and interpret complex medical data, including ECGs, lab results, and medication administration records • Utilize expertise in telemetry to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, and provide education to patients and families on heart health and disease prevention
Required Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting • Current SC license or Compact license • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications • Med/Surg experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience in telemetry and interpretation of dysrhythmias • Management of dysrhythmias and cardiac rhythms • Strong communication and leadership skills
