Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop and implement individualized care plans • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) • Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities • Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families • Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients as needed
