Registered Nurse ICU
Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU Location: Columbus, OH Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced ICU environment • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medications, and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and protocols • Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment options, and self-care techniques
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio • 5 years of unit-based perm ICU experience (travel years won't count towards baseline ICU experience) • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire) • Experience with rapid response team highly preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with computerized charting systems, such as EPIC • Certification in CCRN or OCN (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
