Job Title LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

Schedule / Job Type PRN Block, Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, develop, and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of residents • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Current licensure as an LVN or LPN in the state of VA • Current CPR certification • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience working in LTC/SNF settings • Knowledge of medical terminology and charting procedures • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
