Registered Nurse LTAC

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTAC

Location: New Lisbon, WI

Schedule: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day nursing activities, prioritizing accuracy and attention to detail • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and caregivers regarding resident condition changes • Complete resident assessments and medication administration while adhering to the 5 Rights • Perform wound care and assessments as needed, and assist CNAs with call light responses • Monitor residents for changes in condition and lead floor situations as needed • Report allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator • Maintain accurate resident records through thorough and accurate charting

Required Qualifications:

• Two-year degree in nursing (four-year degree preferred) • Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license • Current CPR/BLS certification • 1+ years of related work experience (preferred) • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in long-term care or similar settings • Knowledge of nursing home operations and policies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
