Job Title: Tech - Surgical
Location Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Assist surgeons and operating room staff with surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operating environment. • Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures. • Sterilize and maintain equipment, instruments, and surgical supplies. • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure smooth and efficient surgical care. • Maintain accurate records and reports of surgical cases and procedures.
Required Qualifications: • NBSTSA (MUSC does NOT accept NCCT) certification • BLS certification • Radiation badge • 2 years of experience as a surgical technologist
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience in neuro, spine, ENT, and robotics surgery • Knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and equipment
