Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Location: San Antonio, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights (7PM-7AM), Every 3rd Weekend
Key Responsibilities: • Provides high-quality, patient-centered care to patients in labor and delivery settings • Demonstrates expertise in assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient care • Administers medications and treatments, monitors for side effects, and documents patient information • Educates patients, families, and caregivers on health topics and resources • Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to address complex patient needs
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred) • 1 year of experience in labor and delivery nursing (preferred) • Current RN license in the state of TX or compact • Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA only) • Current Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) or Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a perinatal setting • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
