Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to newborns in the NICU setting • Conduct routine assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care • Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention strategies
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas • 1 year of experience in a Newborn Nursery or similar setting • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Greater than 2 years of experience in a Newborn Nursery or similar setting • Experience with electronic medical records and documentation • Knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and life support techniques
