Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery Location Eureka, CA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods • Conduct routine prenatal exams, monitor fetal heart rates, and assist with deliveries as needed • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care • Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding techniques
Required Qualifications: • Current RN licensure in the state of California • ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications • Experience in labor and delivery or obstetrics preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in a hospital or birthing center setting • Familiarity with Epic charting system • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
