Job Title: Tech - EMT/Paramedic
Location: LaGrange, IN
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality pre-hospital care to patients of all ages, utilizing proper techniques and adhering to established standards of care. • Ensure seamless communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care. • Collaborate with coworkers to respond to emergency situations, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Additional post-high school education desirable • Valid state EMT-Basic certification (or Paramedic certification/license) • CPR certification • Valid driver's license • ACLS certification • One year of experience preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lift 100 pounds and assist with 300 pounds • Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced emergency environment
