Therapist Occupational Therapist

Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapist Location: Waco, TX Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Assess and develop treatment plans for clients with varying levels of ability and need • Implement occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall quality of life • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes • Provide education and training to clients, families, and caregivers on occupational therapy techniques and strategies • Maintain accurate records and progress reports to track client progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness

Required Qualifications: • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas • Certification in occupational therapy (OTR/L) or eligibility for certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience working with clients with complex medical conditions or disabilities • Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills
