Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Schedule: Nights
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting, utilizing expertise in telehealth to support patient outcomes • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans • Utilize electronic medical records to document patient information and track progress • Participate in code blue and cardiac arrest response as needed • Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and health promotion
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical Surgical/Tele • Current Ohio License to Practice Nursing (or Compact State License) • AHA BLS & ACLS certification • Completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate training
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience in Med/Surg Tele • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Strong communication and teamwork skills
