Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech, language, and cognitive skills • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) • Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with patients with complex communication disorders • Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches and strategies • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
