Therapist Occupational Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant Location: Monterey, CA Schedule: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting • Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress • Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Utilize Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system to document patient information and track treatment outcomes
Required Qualifications: • Active California license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting • Knowledge of Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with other electronic medical records systems • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
