Key Responsibilities • Provide high-quality patient care to a diverse population of patients in a medical-surgical setting. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. • Utilize telehealth technologies to remotely monitor and manage patients with complex needs. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance.
Required Qualifications • Minimum of 18 months recent experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry • Minimum of 18 months PERM experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry • Current Ohio License (or Compact State License) • AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification • Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment
Preferred Experience / Skills • Experience with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
