Therapist Physical Therapy Assistant
Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapy Assistant Location Brockton, MA Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities: • Provide physical therapy assistant support to a licensed physical therapist in a skilled nursing facility setting • Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and activities of daily living (ADLs) • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient recovery and well-being • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant License • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred • 1-2 years of experience as a physical therapy assistant in a skilled nursing facility setting
Preferred Experience / Skills: • New graduate candidates accepted • SNF experience highly preferred • Certification in dementia care or gerontology a plus
