Job Title: Therapist - Occupational Therapy Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, and implementation of occupational therapy plans • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans • Conduct patient evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to identify areas for improvement • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment
Required Qualifications:
• State License as an Occupational Therapy Assistant • Current CPR certification (fundamental facilities) • Negative Drug Screen Results • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (with negative test results issued 48 hours prior to start date)
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) • Experience working with new graduates or rehabilitation patients • Strong communication and teamwork skills
