Registered Nurse LTAC

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTAC

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced LTAC unit • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes • Utilize advanced skills in ACLS, vents, telemetry, and EKG to provide comprehensive care • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans • Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status, implement clinical nursing interventions, and develop patient care plans

Required Qualifications:

• ACLS certification • Ventilator skills • Telemetry skills • Basic EKG • Minimum 1 year of experience in an LTAC unit

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Relias prophecy exam • Experience with patients requiring complex medical conditions, such as post cardiac arrest, pneumonia, and acute respiratory failure • Experience with specialty equipment and devices, such as G-tubes, PICC lines, and tracheostomies
