Therapist Physical Therapist

Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist Location: Reidsville, NC Schedule: Full-time, Days Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients, including those with developmental delays, autism, and genetic abnormalities • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatment plans to address various physical impairments and disabilities • Utilize evidence-based practices and modalities to promote mobility, strength, and functional abilities in patients • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care • Develop and implement Home Exercise Programs and provide patient and family education on safety and injury prevention

Required Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a physical therapist • Current NC state license • BLS certification • Experience with pediatric populations, particularly those with developmental delays and genetic abnormalities • Proficiency with AROM, AAROM PROM, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, and Strength testing

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Previous experience in outpatient settings and rehab clinics • Experience with cognitive disorders, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, spina bifida, and torticollis • Knowledge of Early Intervention Programs and Individualized programs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and time management skills
