Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Schedule: Full-time, Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes. • Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed. • Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NM. • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. • BLS certification and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. • Knowledge of gerontological nursing principles and practices. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
