Job Title: Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs and goals • Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records
Required Qualifications:
• Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification • 1+ year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with geriatric populations • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) • Certification in gerontology or geriatrics (optional)
