Job Title: Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Location: Dayton, OH

Schedule: Nights

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in an Intermediate Care, Post-Critical Care, and Stepdown unit, utilizing knowledge of adult health, psychosocial, and developmental stages • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care • Utilize critical thinking skills to prioritize patient needs, manage resources, and optimize outcomes • Educate patients, families, and healthcare teams on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in Ohio • 1:5 ratio experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting (SD or PCU) in Work History section • BLS, ACLS, and NIH certification • IV Start certification preferred • EPIC system experience required • Ventilator experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Travel nursing experience • Experience with online EKG tele competency assessment • Navy Blue Scrubs RTO approval
